OUR LEADERSHIP

MANAGING DIRECTORS

The Managing Directors provide the strategic leadership that guides the organisation’s vision, values, and long-term development. They are responsible for ensuring that every part of the organisation operates with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Working closely with senior managers, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and community partners, the Managing Directors oversee business planning, governance, quality improvement, financial sustainability, and organisational growth. They ensure that the organisation continues to invest in its workforce, embrace innovation, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

A key priority of the role is creating a positive culture where staff feel valued, respected, and empowered to deliver compassionate, person-centred support. By promoting continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration, the Managing Directors ensure that the organisation remains focused on improving outcomes for the people it supports while meeting all regulatory and legal responsibilities.

REGISTERED MANAGING

The Registered Manager has overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of care services. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), they ensure that all services meet the requirements of health and social care legislation while promoting high standards of quality and person-centred practice.

The Registered Manager works closely with individuals receiving support, their families, healthcare professionals, local authorities, and commissioners to ensure every care package is tailored to each person’s unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. They oversee care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management, complaints handling, audits, and staff development.

An important part of the role is supporting and mentoring the wider team, ensuring staff receive appropriate supervision, training, and professional guidance. Through strong leadership and continuous quality improvement, the Registered Manager helps create a caring environment where people feel safe, respected, listened to, and empowered to achieve greater independence.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day running of services across the organisation, ensuring that care is delivered consistently, safely, and efficiently across all operational locations. Working alongside the Registered Manager and leadership team, they coordinate resources, staffing, quality monitoring, and service performance.

This role involves supporting managers and coordinators, monitoring service delivery, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented consistently throughout the organisation. The Operations Manager also helps manage business continuity, workforce planning, compliance activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

By maintaining strong communication between teams and responding quickly to changing needs, the Operations Manager helps ensure that people receiving support experience reliable, high-quality care. Their leadership contributes to a positive working environment where staff feel supported, services run smoothly, and the organisation continues to meet the expectations of individuals, families, commissioners, and regulators.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and supporting the organisation’s greatest asset—its people. They oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and employment compliance.

Working closely with managers across the organisation, the HR Manager helps ensure that recruitment processes attract compassionate, skilled professionals who share the organisation’s values. They also provide guidance on employment legislation, staff wellbeing, equality and diversity, and professional development.

By fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment, the HR Manager helps create a positive workplace culture where employees feel respected, motivated, and encouraged to grow. Their work contributes directly to staff retention, service quality, and the delivery of excellent care.

ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE MANAGER

The Administration & Finance Manager provides the organisational support that enables high-quality care services to operate efficiently. They oversee financial administration, budgeting support, invoicing, payroll coordination, purchasing, record management, and general business administration.

Working alongside operational managers, accountants, commissioners, and suppliers, they ensure that financial and administrative processes remain accurate, transparent, and compliant with organisational policies. They also support reporting, contract administration, and the efficient management of business resources.

Attention to detail, excellent organisation, and strong communication skills are central to this role. By ensuring that the organisation’s administrative and financial systems run smoothly, the Administration & Finance Manager enables frontline teams to remain focused on delivering outstanding care.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

The Quality & Compliance Manager leads the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence. Their role is to ensure that services consistently meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), local authority contracts, and recognised best practice within health and social care.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, monitoring service quality, reviewing policies and procedures, analysing performance data, supporting safeguarding processes, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. They also work closely with managers to prepare for inspections and ensure that learning from audits, incidents, complaints, and feedback is translated into positive action.

By promoting a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous learning, the Quality & Compliance Manager helps ensure that people receive safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services that continually strive for excellence.

OUR SENIOR CARE TEAM

Team Leader

Team Leaders provide day-to-day leadership for frontline care teams, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently maintained during every shift. They act as a key point of contact for care staff, offering guidance, practical support, and supervision while promoting safe and person-centred practice.

Their responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, supporting new staff, assisting with medication management where appropriate, responding to changing needs, escalating concerns, and helping maintain accurate care records. Team Leaders also contribute to quality monitoring, mentoring colleagues, and encouraging continuous professional development.

By leading through example, Team Leaders help maintain a caring, respectful, and supportive environment where both staff and the people receiving care feel confident, valued, and well supported.

Senior Care Worker

Senior Care Workers combine hands-on care delivery with additional supervisory responsibilities. They support individuals with personal care, medication, daily living activities, mobility, emotional wellbeing, and community participation while also helping to guide less experienced colleagues.

Working closely with Team Leaders and managers, they monitor changes in individuals’ health and wellbeing, contribute to care reviews, report concerns promptly, and help ensure that care plans are followed consistently. Their experience enables them to provide reassurance to families, mentor new staff, and respond confidently to changing situations.

Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to high standards play an essential role in maintaining safe, responsive, and person-centred services throughout the organisation.
