Pellagia
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Having worked in the health and social care sector for many years, Pellagia oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations across the Grantham, Derbyshire, and Northamptonshire branches. Her hands-on approach keeps her closely connected to both our teams and the people they support.
She believes that quality care starts with investing in staff, building a team who are well-trained, well-supported, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, Pellagia enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, including her dachshund Freya. Her philosophy is simple: treat every person receiving care as you would want your own family to be treated.
Grace Masikati
MANAGER & CO-FOUNDER
Grace brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the health and social care sector. She has worked across a wide range of care settings, which gives her an in-depth understanding of what it takes to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred support.
This experience is underpinned by Grace’s RQF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership. Known for her calm, approachable leadership style, Grace works closely with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals to ensure each person’s support is tailored to their individual needs and goals. She genuinely believes in the dignity and potential of every person the organisation supports.
Natasha
HR MANAGER
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of people management, recruitment, and employee relations across the organisation, Natasha ensures that we have the highest possible level of HR practice and compliance. She also brings a wealth of expertise in workforce planning, employment law, and organisational development.
From recruitment and onboarding through to training, performance management, and employee wellbeing, Natasha ensures that staff are supported at every stage of their journey with the organisation.
Natasha is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow. She is highly tech-savvy with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and implementing new technologies, which help us to drive efficiency across the organisation.
Tynette
ADMIN & FINANCE OFFICER
Our behind-the-scenes organiser and arranger, Tynette plays a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly. She is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations and financial management that underpin the delivery of high-quality care across our branches.
Her organised approach and strong attention to detail help the wider team stay focused on what matters most, providing excellent support to the people in our care.
Tynette works closely with managers and external stakeholders including commissioners, suppliers, and accountants to ensure financial processes run efficiently and transparently. She is often the first point of contact for staff queries and brings a calm, helpful presence to every interaction.
OUR SENIOR CARE TEAM
Michael, Richard, Zivai, Douglas, Sandra, Chenai, Chiedza, and Memory form the backbone of our care delivery at Integrative Supported Living Care. They play a vital role in supervising and mentoring care workers, ensuring that support is delivered safely, consistently, and in line with each person’s individual care plan. They act as a first point of contact for staff on shift, providing guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support whenever it’s needed.
Each member of the Senior Care Team brings their own unique strengths, but they all share a common commitment: to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and to uphold the values that Integrative Supported Living Care was built on.
