Integrative Care was formed in 2019 to provide personal care in supported living services in Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland and the United Kingdom. The Directors, who are qualified Mental Health nurses have extensive experience in hospital and community settings for people with enduring mental health needs and learning disabilities. At Integrative Care Supported Living work in partnership with Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and Supporting People within leading Local Authorities across Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland and the United Kingdom. by offering high quality supported housing for adults at risk.
We provide a range of specialist supported living services to support adults aged 18 and over with Autism, Epilepsy, Asperger’s Syndrome, challenging behaviour or a mental health condition.
Our aim is to enable the people we support to achieve their goals, believing passionately that regardless of the challenges they face, everyone can accomplish extraordinary achievements with the right care in the right environment.
